📜 Policies & Booking Info
Thank you for considering me as your nail artist. Please review the following policies before booking:
💰 New Client Deposit Policy
If I haven’t worked on you before, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total at the time of service.

You’ll have 24 hours to send your deposit after booking.

If it’s not received in time, your appointment will be canceled.

All services must be paid in full before leaving my station.
❌ Cancellation + No-Show Policy
Life happens, but please respect my time and yours by giving notice when needed.

48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice (unless due to COVID) will result in a 25% inconvenience fee, added to your next visit.

Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% inconvenience fee.

No-shows (not contacting me and not arriving) will result in a 100% fee of your scheduled service, due before your next booking.
If you’ve tested positive for COVID, I kindly ask you to reschedule after at least 14 days from your positive result.

⏰ Late Policy
I completely understand that life happens — but please respect my time as much as I respect yours.

If you're running up to 10 minutes late, call or text me as soon as possible at (702) 635-6522.

If you're 15 minutes late or more, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment for the day.

I operate on a “three strikes” system. Chronic lateness or no-shows may result in being referred to another artist.
I love my work and my clients — but this is my career. Let’s keep it flowing with mutual respect. 🖤
🔧 Service Adjustment Policy
Your satisfaction means everything to me. If you experience an issue with your nails within 2 days of your appointment, please reach out right away — I’ll do my best to make it right.

I do not offer monetary refunds.

If I determine the issue was not product- or service-related (e.g., accidental breakage), a repair fee may apply.
🔍 Please note:
If I’m working over someone else’s product, I cannot guarantee the integrity of the set. I highly recommend arriving with bare nails. If I need to remove previous product, a removal fee will apply.
